Working with Torrens University, M Samaras Build oversaw the extensive refurbishment and fit out of 82-98 Wakefield Street, redeveloping what was originally the Menz Biscuit Factory into purpose-built, flexible teaching spaces for the university.

The modern space successfully mixes industrial and architectural styles in an open and adaptable layout, with teaching and shared-use spaces flowing seamlessly. The building was stripped back to bare bones, providing an opportunity for M Samaras Build to restore and highlight the building’s heritage.

Working to tight deadlines, M Samaras Build delivered the project ahead of schedule and on budget displaying superior attention to detail and effective time management.
